These terms apply to promotional SMS messages sent by Daddy O's Creamery through the Daddy O's Rewards program.

Program description

Customers who affirmatively opt in may receive recurring promotional text messages about loyalty rewards, points promotions, special offers, birthday offers, referral promotions, win-back offers, and other Daddy O's Creamery promotions.

Consent and frequency

Message frequency varies based on customer activity and available promotions. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or participation in Daddy O's Rewards.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile plan. Daddy O's Creamery does not charge a separate fee for receiving program text messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of promotional SMS messages. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help. You may also manage promotional text preferences from your Daddy O's Rewards account.

Eligibility and delivery

You must provide a valid mobile number that you control or are authorized to use. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms as the program changes. The current terms will remain available at this URL.
