Information may include your name, mobile phone number, birthday month and day, loyalty activity, rewards activity, referral activity, and purchase information associated with your loyalty account. We do not require your birth year for the loyalty program.
SMS and mobile information
If you affirmatively opt in to promotional text messages, Daddy O's Creamery may use your mobile number to send loyalty rewards, bonus-point opportunities, special offers, birthday offers, referral promotions, win-back offers, and other promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to deliver or support our messages and loyalty services on our behalf.
Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase or participation in the loyalty program. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact Daddy O's Creamery through our business website.
How we use and protect information
We use customer information only for legitimate business operations, including rewards administration, transaction matching, customer service, analytics, security, and communications for which the customer has provided the required consent. Your choices
You may turn promotional text offers on or off from your Daddy O's Rewards account. Opting out of promotional SMS does not cancel your loyalty membership.
