Daddy O's Creamery uses information customers provide to operate our loyalty program and related website or mobile application, identify customer purchases, provide rewards, communicate with members, prevent abuse, and improve the program.
Information we collect
Information may include your name, mobile phone number, email address when provided, birthday month and day, loyalty activity, rewards activity, referral activity, purchase information associated with your loyalty account, and technical information needed to securely operate the service. We do not require your birth year for the loyalty program.
SMS and mobile information
If you affirmatively opt in to promotional text messages, Daddy O's Creamery may use your mobile number to send loyalty rewards, bonus-point opportunities, special offers, birthday offers, referral promotions, win-back offers, and other promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to deliver or support our messages and loyalty services on our behalf.
Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase or participation in the loyalty program or mobile application. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by changing your preferences in your rewards account. For help, reply HELP or contact Daddy O's Creamery through our business website.
Service providers and transaction data
We use service providers such as Square for customer and transaction information used by the loyalty program, Twilio for phone verification and messaging, and other infrastructure or email providers needed to operate the service. These providers process information on our behalf according to their services and applicable agreements.
How we use and protect information
We use customer information only for legitimate business operations, including rewards administration, transaction matching, customer service, analytics, security, fraud and abuse prevention, and communications for which the customer has provided the required consent. We retain information only as reasonably necessary for these purposes and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.
Your choices
You may turn promotional text offers on or off from your Daddy O's Rewards account. Opting out of promotional SMS does not cancel your loyalty membership.
Account deletion
Customers using the Daddy O's Rewards mobile application can request permanent loyalty-account deletion from within the app. Account deletion immediately disables access and loyalty activity. Daddy O's retains the disabled account for a seven-day recovery period in case deletion was accidental; an administrator may restore it during that period. After seven days, the loyalty account and loyalty-owned customer data are permanently removed. Square customer profiles, payment records, receipts, and other transaction history maintained independently by Square are not deleted by the loyalty app. Limited non-readable anti-abuse records may be retained solely to prevent repeated welcome or referral benefits after deletion and re-enrollment.
Updates
We may update this policy as our loyalty program or mobile application changes. The current version will remain available at this URL.
